We attend numerous markets and events, primarily in Surrey. To find out were and when we will be in the area please look at the contact link on the website to our calendar.
We have a selection of frozen ready meals available to order online for delivery. We will endeavour to fulfil orders within 48hrs during the standard working week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 6pm. The way the process works is as follows;
All our meals are supplied frozen in sous vide vacuum formed pouches and they can be defrosted in warm water or in your refrigerator. If you don’t have a freezer, the meals can be stored in your refrigerator at 4 ℃ for 3 days.
We can provide hot food if requested to, but that would incur additional charges for VAT at the current rate and require additional costs for the delivery. You may cancel your order at any time by letting us know by email. In the unlikely event that you wish or have cause to return an item to us please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return unless it was sent in error or was damaged when you received it. Please note that returns do not apply to frozen items, though your statutory rights are not affected.
The process of ordering is straight forward. Select the items you would to purchase taking into account not all the items may be available if there is a ‘special order’ clause that requires an additional 5 working day notice. You can submit your order by email to email@example.com, using the online form or let us have printed out at the market. A confirmation of your order will be made and if delivery charges apply those will be relayed to you. Please note that that greater distances will cost more and we have a limit of 40miles for this service. We do not operate a collection service and also be aware that at times we may have limited stock. If at all possible give us notice of your needs or check with us on what we can do. Kindly supply your full postal address as we will base your the delivery charge on the distance. You will receive a confirmation of your order by text to your mobile phone or via eMail, so please specify how you would like us to contact you.
Let us know if you have any allergies so that we can be aware of your need before placing your order. We will endeavour to meet your requirements, but should there be a problem we will let you know before processing it.
We accept all major credit / debit cards for payment as well as direct bank wire transfers and prefer not to deal with cash. The prices quoted are in pounds sterling. All delivery charges are additional.
We make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. In the unlikely event that they are incorrect we will give you the optionof reconfirming or cancelling your order.
